Buyers leave negative feedback mainly because they want to get back at a seller for something that they think or feel didn't go their way. We will always admit when we are wrong in any situation that we caused an issue. We do not want anyone upset. Even if we didn't do anything wrong we do everything we can. We receive about 1 Negative feedback per 500-600 orders. That is 0.17% of our orders on average. That is a pretty good track record. It is hard to please just 1 person, so we are proud of our commitment to our customers, even if they feel we aren't on their side.
We hope that by leaving negative feedback, you feel better about your situation. Our average order size is about $20. I have never seen people so offended, bent out of shape and nasty over there $20 order, as if we have set out to ruin their lives.

We understand that items purchased for a special event have a heightened urgency and emotional bond because you were able to find exactly what you want to express an emotion and will complete your message to the giftee. Our items tend to be one of a kind items and we may never find or sell the same item ever again. When we list an item it is wrapped and labeled and put away until it sells. Over an entire year we currently list about 15,000 items over that timeframe. When this item was wrapped and put in our warehouse, the color from the ink on the soft helmet bled into the soft plastic mask on the soft helmet. It was an item that we had for about a month and we never had one before or since. The buyer wanted us to send them another helmet, but there was not another helmet to send. We apologized, informed them that there wasn't another helmet to send and gave them their money back. The item was for a baby shower and we understand you wanted everything to go perfect, just was we expected, but we could never have predicted that the color would have bled. We suggested that you remove the mask from the helmet as it was only held on by some threads. That might make it work. if there were another option we would have done what we could. There was even a listing on ebay for the complete build a bear with the uniform and bear and helmet, but it was $50. We tried to continue the conversation with with buyer but they would never respond to us to make that a consideration for them. We will always try our best to make you happy but some people can't be made happy regardless.
PARASITIC TWINS (The Buyer) is very depressed about their depression glass plates that they purchased from us! They are of the opinion that these plates were worn, cloudy and scratched. We have been reselling collectibles and second hand items, going on 40 years now. We have had 2 brick and mortar store in that time. Sold almost 30,000 items here on eBay in recent years. There is very little that we have not seen before. We Know the difference between POOR, FAIR, GOOD, VERY GOOD, EXCELLENT, NEAR MINT, MINT AND GEM MINT. Newer items that are not near mint condition we don't even bother to offer. Older, vintage, antique or unique items we try to only offer very good or better.
These depression glass plates were well within the VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT condition range. From the pictures you can see the glossy reflections from the overhead lighting in all of the plates. There was not excessive utensil markings or wear to the plates. The white mat in the photos does have marks on it that can be seen through in the plates, but not the actual plates condition. If the plates were Worn, Scratched or Cloudy, you wouldn't be able to see the marks on the white mat underneath the plates, too. There is no reason to offer junk because there is way to much decent condition items to waste the time. We didn't make note of any issues with the plates, because there were no issues to make note of. Worn, Cloudy and Scratched DOES NOT reflect in the light like these plates do in the images shown. Also, if the surface of the plates was worn, scratched and cloudy you would not be able to see the flower pattern through the glass either. The flower pattern is on the bottom of the plate so any excessive wear would cloud the reverse image, which is not the case.
If an item we offer for sale isn't something I would want to own myself I try not to offer it. These plates for sold for around $33 with free shipping. I did a quick search for recent sales and listings and they sell for around $20 each including shipping. The buyer got these very good condition plates for about 1/3 the prices on eBay currently. We didn't charge the buyer an excessive amount or misrepresent them as New or Mint Condition. They were simply some nice plates offered at a nice price. We even asked the buyer what their expectations, for next steps was and they failed to let us know stating that they were simply educating us for future buyers.

The Buyer's (PARASITIC TWIN) opinion of these items is not lining up with our evaluation. It is just that a matter of opinion. The photos that we provided show the surface of the plate with very glossy reflections from the overhead lighting. We have sold 30,000 items on eBay & owned 2 brick & mortar store over the past 40 years & have seen most everything, in most every condition. Worn, Cloudy and Scratched glass is not glossy or reflective. You can get the whole story on our website.
PANGFAM6 (Willow) purchased a pair of mugs on Feb 26. They were processed, pack and shipped by the 28th. The USPS did send them to NJ rather than AZ, but had tracked them the entire time, updating daily. The buyer did reach out so we responded with a screen shot of the tracking and said they are on the way and USPS said they were late. They were never lost. Buyer was upset because we didn't call the USPS. We didn't need to, they are being tracked for that reason. See the video for details.
Pam bought a neck pillow from us. She asked for a discount and we gave her a $3 discount. Pam started messaging us in a matter of hours asking why her order had not shipped yet... Our shipping guidelines are very specific on what to expect, which is no where near what you will receive. We ship much faster than our guidelines. The order was shipped in less than 24 hours and received in 2 business days. You can follow the messaging. We were never rude to anyone, we are straight forward.
